Nature, flower and tree are alive when vital energy flows through them; yogis call it prana, others - vitality. Energy is behind any change, motion, sensation, behind every emotion or thought. It is hell when energy is lacking and its quality is low; it is heaven when where is plenty of energy and its quality is high.
We understand situation, ourselves, human and society when we sense and feel their energy, its flow and are able to change it. A light-bulb remains dark from belief; it glows only when energy is flowing. Belief is a hindrance in life. For intimacy, high quality energy is absolutely enough; love and its flow are even better.
Joy, wellbeing and happiness are understandable and reachable only when flow of energy is seen, sensed and felt in body, mind and soul. Health, wellbeing and communication directly depend on the quality of energy. Everything depends on it.
Quality and quantity is easily changed by consciousness - thoughtless consciousness; it is more complicated by thought, mind and imagination. It cannot be improved by will-power, force or commandments. Energy improves and grows when we change action according the thought to the action according to the wisdom and intuition, thoughtless consciousness. It is a path of flow and wisdom, wellbeing, love and meditation.
Then fear transforms into courage, sadness into joy, body becomes healthier and we become happier. Then life becomes continuous journey into higher and higher peaks of wellbeing, peace and happiness.
This course is a part of six-course cycle of 2014 related the most to transformation of energies.

Newcomers may join any course of the Meditation School. Please arrive 15-30 minutes before the start to introduce yourself and learn about meditative rules and laws, be sure to wear light hygienic clothes, have personal identification document and a mat. Course takes place on Friday: 6.30 PM - 10 PM,
on Saturday, Sunday: 9.30 AM - 7.30 PM. Lunch break: at around 1 PM - 2 PM.
